Matt's been a chef in the city of Detroit for 15 years including Executive Chef of Cliff Bells, Chef De Cuisine at Rattlesnake Club, and Executive Chef at Seldom Blues. He also worked side by side with James Beard award winning chef Jimmy Schmidt at The Rattlesnake Club. He has French influences in his menu creations with a modern twist and also works with local growers and urban farmers to develop the best cuisine possible based upon the season.
Derek is also a musician, you can count on a good soundtrack playing during dinner as well as some fun audio visual flare, such as old movies playing via projector on the wall.
Janna is owner of Lilacpop Studio in Ferndale and will be on hand during the dinners and also curating art exhibits which will be on view during the Dinner Club.
